Refund and Returns

At Quillo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive returns and refunds policy.

1. Return Time Frame

Customers have one week (7 days) from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at quillo.quillo14@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at quillo.quillo14@gmail.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at quillo.quillo14@gmail.com and send your item to: 19/47 Vanchinathan Main Road, Perambur, Chennai 600011.

8. Return Shipping

Quillo will take responsibility for return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or damaged items, incorrect product). In all other cases, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
